Release Coordination Manager 

· Promoted to Manager of Release Coordination responsible for administration and control of all software releases. 

· Introduced agile principles within the release management process to better align software engineering, quality assurance, database, and operations teams based in Europe and America. 

· Supervised team of release managers responsible for the scheduling, coordination, and management of software deployments across multiple platforms and 7 product portfolios. This included conducting executive-level go-no go calls, coordinating daily software releases and semi-weekly production go-lives, and participating in strategy sessions to reduce P1 production incidents.

Sr. Project Manager 

· Performed programme management for two business lines. Partnered with product owners and client services managers to deliver customized solutions for clients that consistently resulted in increased customer satisfaction scores. Managed software projects in a matrix organization consisting of onsite, near shore, and European team members.

· Principal project manager and scrum master for Drupal/PHP software development projects with onsite and offshore cross-functional team members. Implemented scrum methodologies and provided project metrics to management. 

· Developed agile PMO standards and documentation for all software projects including statements of work, project status reports, sprint burndown charts, backlog refinement processes, change management procedures, and quality assurance metrics.

Senior Technical Lead 

· As technical project lead for BSS/OSS integrations, successfully managed onsite project teams of technical analysts across 5 continents. Accountable for all technical aspects of software rollouts, including system integration and data migration. Authored yearly business plans to forecast revenues and resources for project integration and migration. 

· Successfully managed end-to-end delivery of software integration on a large-scale product implementation for Scandinavia’s largest telecommunications provider. 

· Introduced professional services model to the company to drive additional revenue from existing customer base. Developed project integration standards and documentation that were ultimately used on all project rollouts.

· Recognized as the first manager to adopt scrum project management methodologies. 

· Partnered with corporate sales team by attending pre-sales meetings to introduce potential clients to project integration methodologies and software capabilities.
