About Us

· Coached leadership and team members on ING’s Agile Way of Working, based on the Spotify scaled agile model. Helped to build high-performing teams by teaching agile concepts, and scrum and kanban methods. Guided meetings, workshops, and retrospectives. 

· Facilitated the delivery of high-value products to the organization and its consumers via the establishment of metrics and implementation of improvements. Mentored team members on communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

· Introduced concepts of Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) to improve planning and sprint demos. Changes resulted in an increase in software delivery by 13% within one quarter.

· Successfully performed agile coaching in multi-team remote working environment during corona crisis. Coached individuals and teams on effective work from home techniques including tooling, communication, and processes.

· Led team of 50+ solution architects in the strategy, planning, and design of Liberty Global’s corporate and operating country IT application infrastructure. Directed architectural strategies to enable corporate strategic vision. Standardized documentation and processes, introduced agile concepts into architecture design, and developed key enterprise performance metrics. 

· Co-created and rolled out department-wide, streamlined demand management process for all incoming IT programmes and initiatives. The process resulted in a decrease of overall programme initiation time by 25%.

Programme Manager 

· Responsible for the end-to-end programme management of OSS, BSS, and online software across Liberty Global’s European footprint. Coordinated projects involving cross-functional IT teams, operations, external vendors, and offshore partners. Managed programme initiatives while ensuring adherence to organizational objectives and agile principles. 

· Developed practice of highly entrepreneurial agile professionals within a large corporate structure for the rollout and adoption of agile and scrum methodologies to technical teams, country operations and executives.

· Chartered new department that grew to a team of 30 agile practitioners within 4 years, serving EU headquarters and operations in 8 European countries; responsible for an annual department budget in excess of €7M. Defined and implemented an agile transformation strategy, based on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), for Liberty Global’s IT department, an organization of 300+ geographically diverse internal associates as well as offshore vendor resources.

· Designed custom scaled agile delivery model which resulted in on-time/on-budget launches of Liberty Global’s first mobile telephony rollout and largest company IT merger, and decreased software release time from 4 months to 2 weeks.

· Chaired company-wide annual agile conferences to inform and evangelize agile concepts, including presentations and keynotes by well-known agile thought leaders. Developed training suite to educate employees on agile methodologies and to provide continuing education on new and emerging agile techniques. Created and conducted training courses and continuing education classes for scrum masters, product owners, line managers, and team members.

· As technical project lead for BSS/OSS integrations, successfully managed onsite project teams of technical analysts across 5 continents. Accountable for all technical aspects of software rollouts, including system integration and data migration. Authored yearly business plans to forecast revenues and resources for project integration and migration. 

· Successfully managed end-to-end delivery of software integration on a large-scale product implementation for Scandinavia’s largest telecommunications provider. 

· Introduced professional services model to the company to drive additional revenue from existing customer base. Developed project integration standards and documentation that were ultimately used on all project rollouts.

· Recognized as the first manager to adopt scrum project management methodologies.
